Engadin #2 «Water»
The Engadin Magazine shows the variety of the Engadin valley, from the traditional village of S-Chanf to sporty Pontresina and the lovely lake district, or to Maloja, where strong winds from Italy enter the valley. The magazine is divided into different chapters that capture the beauty of the region:
– Sports: At the Swimrun competition «Ötillö» athletes have to both cross lakes and conquer peaks
– Wellness: Bathing and relaxing in the medicinal springs of the Hotel Castell in Zuoz
– Water sports: The lake district is a water sport paradise
– Culture: A short history of electricity in the Engadin
– Culinary: The coffee roastery in the middle of the Alps
– Nature: Where the Inn river springs forth
The Engadin Magazine was commissioned by the Engadin and is published twice a year in English and German.
